  • Use of processed food, and trans fat, and unhealthy saturated fats.
  • Use of beverages daily.
  • Not participating in any type of activity.
  • Always keep in isolation and do not communicate with others.
  • Not taking care of oral hygiene.
  • Poor nutrition intake.

All these mistakes put lives in trouble and health-related issues.


TIPS FOR HEALTHY LIVING

The above mentioned mistakes and bad habits can be changed by noticing and making a list of these things.  First of all try to overcome things gradually for example smoking, drinking alcohol, and use of processed food, and use of trans fats and saturated fats, and so on.  Positive thinking that all these bad habits can be prevented gives excellent results.
